Flare bathes 1223 Rua Maria Hellbuth Surette in the spotlight using strategically placed lighting, a multi-camera surveillance system, monitors at specific proximic intersections, and public access to the surveillance system on any mobile device with internet access. This project allows the people of the city to see and be seen, as well as interact with the space and the broadcast feed, providing a dynamic interplay of time and space.
